Had my hair done today by Natasha and the result was absolutely fantastic! It was a really nice experience and all the staff were really lovely there. Thank-you for doing such an amazing job on my hair, I will definitely be returning! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone out there who is struggling to find one, the whole experience was wonderful and I feel like a completely new person now my hair is fixed!

Simone is an outstanding hair technician. She “gets” what my teenager wants and makes it a reality for them. And the same for me, a much older generation! She has excellent cutting and styling skills and her colouring knowledge and advice is first class. She puts you at ease with her friendly, down to earth manner. She was born for this profession!

I have just had my regular haircut with Charlie. Everyone at Acute Look are so nice and friendly and professional. It’s a real treat and I really look forward to going there.

I went to Acute Look as I’d had a bad experience somewhere else! I felt so reassured within minutes. I’d spent a good 10mins talking to the colour technician. She sat down and took me through my options. What really impressed me was she really knew her stuff, that’s what made me feel at ease. The end result was fantastic! I’m so happy, my only regret was that I didn’t think to go there first.

My first visit today of many to come, loved the relaxed down to earth atmosphere, the staff are lovely and cannot praise enough, extremely happy with my hair, thank you!

I recommend the girls here 100%. I have used other hairdressers in Basingstoke in the past where I either haven’t been listened to or I wasn’t happy with the end result. I normally have Simone cut and colour my hair. A very useful chatty and welcoming young lady who not only listens but always gives me fab results every time. I would never go anywhere else now.

Tash has been cutting my hair for a few years now and she’s a fantastic hairdresser! Always professional, very friendly and genuinely interested in her customers. Plus I always leave with a perfect haircut.

Most definitely recommend. I arrived needing my nails done but not realising they were about to close. However, Sharon stayed on late to help me. I’m not sure anywhere else would provide such a service! Very friendly, professional service and I will definitely return.
